Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art opens its doors to the exhibition Family Report in May, which is known as “family month” in South Korea. A family is a social structure that’s existence is as old as human history. As society has experienced change, the concepts and forms of a family has also changed, due to the direct correlation between them.

Baeja was a vest worn over jackets, and was worn by both men and women. It was also called Deung-geo-ri or Bae-geo-ri. Most Baeja had center-front opening, and its opening was buttoned or tied with straps.Gyeonggi Provincial museum possesses various types of vests: long ones, short ones, and ones with their back shorter than front, etc. -
