To establish internal and external discourses that lay the groundwork for a healthy Gyeonggi culture and art ecosystem, we play a central role in developing systematic and feasible Gyeonggi cultural policies based on Gyeonggi’s short- and mid-term cultural visions. We hold cultural policy forums and discover policy research tasks to realize the practical policies that live up to various internal and external needs of residents, artists, and of the local communities. In addition, we established governing bodies in 31 cities and counties in collaboration with other local governments nationwide, and cultural foundations within Gyeonggi-do Province and we take the lead in local art policy.
