We aim to train global-minded social innovators with team entrepreneurship through a workshop focusing on solutions finding based on dialogue, cooperation, and practice at Mondragon Team Academy (MTA). We would like to create a community of entrepreneurs with team spirit through cooperation among diverse generations, cultures, and disciplines. MTA, which began at Mondragon University, Spain in 2008 in cooperation with TiimiAkatemia of Finland, operates LEINN, MINN, and TEAMINN courses at universities in Europe (including Mondragon), Korea, and China. It engages in training team change makers.
