Student Group Program
The Nam June Paik Art Center provides educational programs for students of elementary, junior high, and high schools, and student groups with disabilities. The program visits schools aiming to arouse students’ interest in Nam June Paik’s artworks, and help them understand the world of Nam June Paik’s artworks and modern art through the intense appreciation of works and various experience activities so as to give them the opportunity to develop their creative thinking and experience arts.

September 4 ~ November 30, 2018, Tuesday ~ Friday
※Except the closure day of the art center and public holidays (Operating period of certain programs differ)

Mobile Art Gallery
《Nam June Paik’s Letter》

4th to 6th grade students of elementary school / Junior high school students

September 4 ~ October 19 (Tuesday ~ Friday)

Program visits the requested school, provides a lecture on the theme of the world of Nam June Paik’s artworks and related activities to arouse students’ interest in Nam June Paik.

Intense Appreciation Program
《Feedback》

30 students of elementary / junior / high school

October 16 ~ November 30 (Tuesday ~ Friday)

Program helps students to appreciate the major works of Nam June Paik and understand the world of his artworks through an activity paper.

Program for group of students with disabilities
《Huddling Together》

10 students with disabilities

September 4 ~ November 30 (Tuesday ~ Friday)

Program helps students to appreciate Nam June Paik’s works and create a work with other students by using their bodies and senses.

Career exploration program
《Exploration of Art Museum》

Group (decided through prior consultation)

September 4 ~ November 30 (Days will be determined)

This career exploration program targeting junior high school students aims to help students experience arts through 6 classes to extend their perspectives and viewpoints.
