Healthy Playground
In the Healthy Playground, you will learn the principles of exercise science and how to keep your body healthy.
How high can you shoot the ball? Make the big flowers in the air spin. Step on the pedals of the bike, and you will see the flowers turn. Take a deep breath, and get up the courage to climb the rock wall. As you join the activities in the Healthy Playground, your body and mind will become stronger.
(for toddlers to elementary school children)
Activities
– Make the flower pinwheels turn by pedaling the bike
– Shoot the rocket ball by pumping the lever
– Play a game by moving your body to follow the patterns on the floor
– Climb up the giant rock wall
– Keep the balance between the foods you eat and the exercise you do
– Learn the lifestyle to become a healthy person
– Block the flying ball as a goalkeeper
– Climb up and down The 21st Century ’Jack and the Beanstalk’ (for children over 4 ft. tall)
